By confirming your registration with the Marlborough Wedding Fair you agree to the following terms and conditions.
FULL PAYMENT of the site fee plus extras such as table cloths etc, must be paid to secure your site. Your site will not be confirmed until payment has been received. The Marlborough Wedding Fair reserves the right to allocate sites to vendors who have provided payment.
Should you wish to cancel your registration;
A full refund will be given if cancellation is made two months before the event. Deposit is non-refunable one month before the event.
All vendors must abide by the policies of the venue and be respectful of other vendors. Sites must be ready and erected 1 hour prior to the fair being open and packed away no later than ?
No responsibility for guaranteed bookings or sales will be taken by the Marlborough Wedding Fair or it’s committee. Vendors understand that they are there to represent their own business and are responsible for how prospective clients engage with them.
Franchisees, direct sellers and businesses that deliver a specific brand or product understand that their registration is subject to approval and accepted on a first come first serve basis.
Where a business provides a service that is not attached to a specific product or brand, vendors understand that other vendors in the same service category may also be present to provide choice and availability to the visitors.
By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions. Breach of the terms and conditions may result in you being withdrawn from the Marlborough Wedding Fair.
